We have been told. There’s probably one child of God in Nigeria who can fix things. The person being referred to maybe the VP, yet his church people are still complaining about Nigeria while he’s number 2.
They didn’t even mobilise for their own in 2019. Their own was hiding behind a finger. Hiding while they painted the town red with Islamization agenda. They were bidding their time. I don’t understand it one bit.
So they set up that unit for him after all. Now we know. We also know Kperogi. Please don’t believe Farooq jare. It’s what it is.
Anyway, that’s not my issue. But I’m concerned that when the child of God was directed to implement tradermoni and marketmoni, he got stuck in the market. Today he can’t use those programmes to market himself. Even the school feeding his oga Tinubu added to his slate he messed it up.
Today all those laudable initiatives were taken away from him and handed to a non-professor minister. The minister who has no “CV” is the one grappling with those huge initiatives and the mess left behind. After all, the child of God obviously missed his way. He’s looking for imposition.
Let’s leave that aside.
I just passed Ahmadu Bello way, Lagos. I reminisced on the former Bar beach in Victoria Island.
Anyone who remembers can tell that the beach had been overtaken by the Atlantic. The coconut trees were long gone. I remember one oceanography professor that used to appear on NTA to prescribe unworkable solutions. That was in the 1990s.
You know man has short memory. Ahmadu Bello was (is) an elite high street. Many bank HQs were there. Liaison offices of states, Mint, NTA HQs, Federal Place hotel and such high net worth properties litter the street.
They all were being vacated. The ocean was furious. Ahmadu Bello way was reduced to a lane out of four – this is after the ocean had taken over more than a km of beach sand.
Tinubu came. He’s not an engineer, geologist or oceanographer. But he’s a man of vision. He did not just visualise a reclaimed Ahmadu Bello, he saw a new city in the former beach-turned water.
Ladies and gentlemen Tinubu and his team pushed back the Atlantic. Reclaimed the land and today, sits a city called Atlantic City. Opor! Even the Americans are building their largest consulate worth over half a billion dollars there.
That’s the audacity of vision. That’s the man running for president. If you are not supporting him, I wonder who you are supporting. Maybe a child of God with a lectern and a teleprompter.
For me, I prefer a visioner and a doer. That’s why I speak about the man. His antecedents and pedigree. A half Tinubu is better than the rest na. Truth is constant. His vision is beyond reproach.
